Kuban offers customization for your roaster regarding operational system, heating system and appearance.
We provide different profile system for Kuban Base and Kuban Supreme as well as manual control panel. 
Heating system can be convectional and conductional by atmospheric or premix burners.
As appearance, your logo can be embossed or laser marking. Finishing can be produced as chrome, brass or copper. Body colour of your coffee roaster can also be customized by any RAL code colour.

AFTERBURNER: Afterburner eliminates unburned components such as smoke, toxic gases, odor particles, and dust particles. 
DESTONER: Basically, destoner removes foreign objects mixed with coffee beans.
LOADER: It is used to transport green coffee beans to the coffee roaster. In addition, it transports the roasted coffee beans to the industrial silos of customers.

Atmosperic burners utilize natural structure of gas. It burns the gas coming out of burner holes while it mixes with the air on environment. In other words, the air required for the combustion is supplied from the atmosphere without need for a mechanical blower.

In the pre-mix burner, the air and fuel mixture required for combustion is prepared by the burner in advance and pushed to the burner outlet; then combustion occurs. Contrarily atmospheric burner; it does need the air in the external environment for combustion. Pre-mix burners are one step ahead of atmospheric burners in terms of efficiency and performance. Yes. We manufacture our coffee roasters compatible with Artisan and Cropster. Our Base series roasters needs extra data bridge (optional offered) to connect your roaster to the PC. Moreover, our Supreme series roaster can be connected and fully controled by your PC through Artisan.
